I would like to introduce you to dawn boyer jewelry, my line of handcrafted

jewelry. My love of jewelry began at a very early age, but my jewelry business

began when I started selling my designs to co-workers, who would ask to buy

pieces I was wearing. I am a self-taught jewelry designer who began my craft

when I was given a set of tools as a gift and then was lucky enough to be able

to take jewelry and metal-smithing courses in high school. In between my

jewelry making, traveling and craft shows, I managed to get a B.A. in Russian

from Penn State and an M.S. in Library and Information Studies from Drexel

University, just to make life more interesting.

dawn boyer jewelry has been influenced by my travels abroad and my love of

Asian and Indian art. Each design has its own, eclectic appeal. The person who

is attracted to my jewelry is like me – she wants a piece of jewelry that is

distinctive, colorful and easy to wear. Using precious and semi-precious

gemstone beads and freshwater pearls as a base, my designs encompass

wrapped sterling silver or gold-filled wire in addition to metal accents and

findings for further design interest. I look for unexpected blends of colors and

textures to add an exotic touch to the jewelry.

Comments and compliments are welcomed! I love making custom designs

come to life - if you would like a design created in other colors/gemstones, feel

free to contact me. Store owners: I would enjoy hearing from you about

carrying dawn boyer jewelry in your store/gallery.

“These gems have life in them: their colors speak, say what words fail of”.
